The Annadora Beach House holiday home is in a quiet location outside the center of Zandvoort, about a 3-minute walk from the beach. It is rented through this site. The apartment has a large living room with open kitchen. Furthermore, a separate bedroom with a large double bed. Also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Finally, you have access to a large sunny terrace overlooking your own free parking.

No loud music after 11 p.m.
No pets are allowed,
No smoking in the entire apartment.
No drugs or parties allowed

Financial
150 Euro deposit upon booking.
The balance is payable 1 month before arrival
Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival. The amount paid is fully refunded.
For late cancellations, 40% of the rent for the apartment will be charged from 150 Euros.

Meet the owners
Nancy en Albert
We have been living in Zandvoort since 1997 with great pleasure. From January 2018 we have been busy with the construction of our apartment. We have done almost everything ourselves, such as digging the foundation with underfloor heating and also assembling the switch material. The result is impressive and we are very proud of it.
In November 2018 we started with the commercial rental of our holiday home. We have used many sustainable materials, among other things. For example, we still have to take 1 step to make the entire apartment self-sufficient. After installing the solar panels, the apartment uses as much energy as it generates. The heat pump that can both heat and cool is an important part of this.
Nancy and Albert will do everything to make your stay a pleasant one.
